Project of a multifunctional complex in Warsaw's Mokotów district. The basic function will be apartments for rent with the participation of a dormitory function and commercial services on the ground floors of the buildings. The development consists of two parts - a representative dormitory building located along the frontage of the local communication axis, and PRS type buildings set back into the plot, located in the very green area of the inner courtyard.
