The estate has been designed in the residential part of the Wilanów district. The plot will contain 35, three-story, semi-detached and detached houses. The architectural composition of the estate is based on the variety of shapes and deliberate avoidance of symmetry, which will allow to create a living space with the features of urban development, while avoiding the repetition characteristic of single-family housing estates.
