STUDENT DORMITORIES

A project of two student dorms located in Wola. Two four-story buildings were designed: a student house with all necessary facilities and a building consisting of experimental apartments. These apartments are an attempt to combine the advantages of a room rented off-campus (including greater privacy) with those of a dormitory room (cheaper rent, proximity to the academic community). The flat consists of four single rooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a kitchen connected with a dining room and a common area. A small-town square was proposed between the planned buildings. The design contains fine, natural materials such as graphite brick and wood with warm tones. This combination results in an elegant arrangement of color.
