The spatial layout consists of 11 repetitive buildings with 2 to 3 above-ground storeys with built-in underground garages. The buildings have been arranged in a way that ensures maximum privacy for their residents. Shifts and rotation of some modules in relation to each other give a sense of diversity, while avoiding the repetition characteristic of contemporary single-family housing estates. The aim of the project is a compromise between the neighborhood nature of the estate and the privacy hidden in the comfort of your own garden. The distinguishing element of the buildings are the entrance galleries, which functionally separate the garage and street zone from the residential part. The façades facing the gardens are more dynamic, lowering in terraces towards the garden. The architecture was designed as subdued in color with beige plaster and PVC windows in the color of natural wood. A clear color accent are the green balustrades.
