BUDYNEK BIUROWY – SIEDZIBA KONCERNU CHEMICZNEGO

Project of a two-story building based on a layout of a square. The main goal was to create a building surrounded by greenery, where each user will have contact with it from every room in the building. The facade material used in the form of chrome-plated steel and glazing emphasizes the surrounding and designed greenery through its reflections. The 1.5m x 1.5m module used breaks the organic nature of the greenery and the external body of the building by using, with mathematical precision, divisions on the facade, interior design or land development.
Dwukondygnacyjny obiekt biurowy na planie zbliżonym do kwadratu z zielonym dziedzińcem pośrodku. Głównym założeniem było stworzenie budynku otoczonego zielenią, w którym każdy użytkownik będzie miał z nią styczność z każdego pomieszczenia w obiekcie. Użyty materiał elewacyjny w postaci chromowanej stali i przeszkleń podkreśla poprzez swoje odbicia okoliczną i projektowaną zieleń. Zastosowany moduł 1,5m x 1,5m przełamuje organiczność zieleni i zewnętrzną bryłę budynku poprzez wprowadzenie z matematyczną precyzją podziałów na elewacji, aranżacji wnętrz, czy w zagospodarowanie terenu.
