Project of residential buildings in the area of the former radio station in Radom. The project works encompass the area of 29ha. The project includes residential and service buildings as well as the arrangement of greenery and communication services. The central piece will be the inner park with its area determined by the watercourse along with storage reservoirs. The design of the park assumes the possibility of floodplains expansion. The service and trade functions are located along the main street that ends in the town square. The urban planning of the neighborhood focuses on maximizing views of the water while retaining adequate sunlight exposure. The project features a full neighborhood infrastructure that assumes space accessible to the general public
