According to the clients guidelines, a system consisting of simple blocks up to 12 m high was proposed. Green courtyards have been raised above the street level, providing residents with a comfortable space to rest, while locating apartments and tenants' gardens above the eyesight of passers-by. Inside the complex, the courtyards and common spaces are connected by paths that create a separate, internal communication and recreational space.
