The investment has been divided into two parts - buildings located one behind the other - this arrangement creates the assumption of privacy. The elevations of the buildings have been designed so that, while maintaining a regular and elegant architectural form, still providing the maximum illumination of the apartments. Two- and three-room apartments have been designed with areas ranging from 37 m² to 99 m². The apartments located on the second floor have two levels with mezzanines enabling possible future development. Apartments on the ground floor are equipped with compartments, and apartments on the first and second floor have balconies. Additionally, terraces accessible from the mezzanine floor have been located in the apartments on the second floor.
