URBAN – ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT COMPETITION

The project is an attempt at creating a model residential estate. Residential buildings are placed in the central part. The southern part is where the project provides for a school and sports area, which will be located between two housing estates connected by a pedestrian and bicycle passage ensuring a comfortable and safe method of communication. The remaining part of the area, located separately on the western side, is intended for a residential and retail building constituting simultaneously the gate to the entire estate and a traffic junction. The primary axis of the estate is the pedestrian and bicycle passage featuring a green belt and recreational areas (outdoor gyms, playgrounds, small architecture, and paths).
