Urban and architectural project in Białołęka. A multi-family housing development with three floors consists of simple modules forming parallel building stripes. The presented concept emphasizes the green nature of the area. A greenery belt has been located in the central part creating an attractive public space with social and recreation spaces. The green passage extends beyond the building line connecting the estate with its surroundings. On the ground floor next to the central square are located services and a local plaza. The green courtyards between the buildings were raised above street level, providing residents with a comfortable space to relax.
