SENIOR’S HOUSE

project: 2015
A project of a building as a residential home for the elderly in the center of the historic part of the Konstancin-Jeziorna health resort, close to a park and graduation towers. The building will include about 70 two- and three-room apartments and a common area – a common room with a dining room. The whole architecture refers to the modernist neighborhood from the 1920s and 1930s.
