A housing estate consisting of a very diverse development, located in green areas, in the immediate vicinity of the Warsaw escarpment. Both multi-family buildings, city villas and terraced multi-family housing are located on a large area. The buildings were raised above the ground by half a storey due to the complex water conditions. This solution ensures privacy for flats located on the ground floors. Inside the quarters, common green spaces have been designed in the form of "valleys" with the use of solutions such as water gardens and natural water retention. As part of the housing complex, a public park with a water reservoir has also been designed.
