HOTEL BUILDING

Revitalization and expansion project in the park and palace complex. As a part of the investment, new facilities have been designed with the functions of leisure and recreation, hospitality, and health services. The investment plot is located on a small hillside in a natural, open area. Especially from its higher part, the plot offers an outstanding view of the lake. The project includes a clinic equipped with modern medical and cosmetics offices, as well as a hotel with rich gastronomic facilities and a swimming pool. A cascade layout of the building was proposed, which lowers as it gets closer to the lake. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, such as brick and wood, the project naturally merges with the already existing buildings of the park and palace complex.
