One-story sales and retail building designed on a plot of 2 070m². The plot is located in Ząbki, at an intersection of Powstańców and Calineczki streets. Access to retail and service premises on the ground level is available from the sidewalk in front of the building through doors in glass showcases. The sales area was initially divided into seven sales and service units of an area between 39 and 284 m². The most important corner premises are designed as an entresol with additional daylight streaming through the glass facade. Parts of the front elevation were designed as brick openwork, filled with various threads.
