The multi-family housing project with services on the ground floor in Poznań's Juników. The building was designed as a sculpted block on a U-plan, with a lower four-story block maintaining the proportions of the street, and a higher six-story part withdrawn from the north-east side. Plasters with varied textures were designed on the facades: corrugated and smooth in light gray, gray-beige, and white. The characteristic points on the facade were emphasized, such as withdrawals in facades, entrances to staircases, or garage exit. The varied facade of the building fits into the surrounding urban tissue while the partially closed open courtyard creates a cozy and well-lit enclave for residents.
