The goal of the investment was the construction of a residential building in the neighborhood of one of the most important parks in Bydgoszcz. Because of the vinicity of both high-rise buildings and single-family housing, the building has a stepped shape – high-rise from the park side and low-rise from the city side. The facades of the building are composed from stacked cube-shaped elements. On the eastern facade, from the park side, these cuboids additionally overlap each other providing a very attractive and characteristic shape on the facade.
