CITY VILLA HOUSING

The main design outline was to create an intimate living space with the features of suburban villa districts. The proposed development offers a set of small scale buildings creating a free spatial arrangement with diverse urban interiors. Facade solutions bring to mind modern, large-city construction, but the form in which they were used is a soothing, calm medium for it. The designed complex of buildings is surrounded on all sides by greenery, largely constituting a natural soil, which additionally enhances the residential character of the establishment. Internal common spaces are connected by paths that create a semi-private communication and recreation space.
