In the former Industrial Żoliborz district, we designed an intimate multi-family building with services on the ground floor. The shape of the plot and the requirements imposed by the provisions of the local plan forced a very individual approach to the form of development. From the side of the adjacent green area, the building received elevations curving into a gentle arch, referring to the historical buildings of Żoliborz. The harmonized, classic façade emphasizes the prestigious character of the buildings and also refers to the historical heritage of the district.
